
Bruschette with bresaola, ricotta cheese, broad beans, rocket and Grana Padano Fattorie Cremona
PREPARATION
Grill the slices of bread on the grill or in the oven. Spread the ricotta on the slices, add the fresh broad beans, one or two slices of bresaola, a few leaves of rocket and flakes of Grana Padano Fattorie Cremona. Serve the bruschetta with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper.
