Beef carpaccio with capers, rocket and Grana Padano flakes Fattorie Cremona

PREPARATION

Prepare a citronette by emulsifying the lemon juice with salt, pepper and extra virgin olive oil. Place the rocket on a serving dish, add the meat, the flakes of Grana Padano Fattorie Cremona and the capers. Serve adding the citronette.
