Fry a chopped onion and chopped ham in plenty of oil. Add celery, chili pepper to taste and a potato cut into small cubes. Cook with the lid on until the potatoes are soft. Separately, cook the pasta, then pour it into the pan with all the cooked ingredients. Add plenty of basil and cream with Provolone Fattorie Cremona and a small piece of chopped pecorino. Let it rest for 5 minutes and serve.
